LTM offers 2 types of valves for cement grouting:
- Standard “manchettes” tubes
A series of coupled holes are drilled in the steel pipe, arranged at 90° to each other. Each pair is covered by a rubber sleeve, protected by two steel rings, usually welded. These protect the rubber sleeve and hold it in place.
- Embedded valves
Available with either a plastic or C40 steel body, they have an internal rubber compound specially designed to close after injection.
They are available in 2 sizes, 12 and 16 mm, with 2 different opening pressures: 3-5 bar and 20 bar.
